This is not forgotten or taken lightly when I begin working on my clients' portfolios and letters. While I handle each one with the same care, love and attention that I would my own, I also treat them with the same urgency.
Once you make the decision to use my services and book your time, I will send you a contract and my workbook via e-mail. If I am not already working on a letter or portfolio then I can begin yours immediately. Because each letter and portfolio is so important, I do not begin a new one until I have completed the one I am working on. I will then need your text, pictures for the pages (usually uploaded to me) & agency/attorney guidelines. From the time I receive all the beforementioned items, a portfolio could be done in a week...a Birthmother Letter layout can be done in a day or two from receipt of needed items. As I complete each page, it will be sent to you as a PROOF, any changes you request will be made and once you give your approval that page is complete. I aim for all of my clients to be happy and to feel their portfolio "looks" like the best of their family! All FINAL pages are sent to you on a CD so you can choose your favorite printer and print as many or as few copies as you choose.
